Looking Closer – 10
This microscope pic is similar to yesterday’s. But different. Can you guess what made the mark? Look closely and you might find a clue. Answer below the fold.
Pencil on paper at x200. You can see how the paper texture caused more graphite to be left on one side of the ridges. Contrast that with how a red ball-point pen rolled the ink on relatively evenly.
