An Inside-Out Flower

This photo of a red hibiscus blossom seems a bit inside-out. Something is wrong about it. Normally a flower protrudes out beyond the stems and leaves of the mother plant. Yoohoo! Pollinators, tasty flower over here! But that one red blossom is buried in the depths of a bush. Did it successfully produce seed nonetheless? Chances were smaller, I bet. Just a bit. But bits can count.
