Looking Farther (24) – A Science Lab in the Sky
Are you kidding me?! Humans live and work in a high-tech contraption orbiting the Earth? Cool. So cool.
There they are, floating in space. Well, maybe not floating. It’s more like they are endlessly falling. Through the gravitational field of our planet. But they fall not straight down, but tangential to the planet with a forward velocity just right. That’s what orbiting consist of. Wild.
